Hi! My name is Kyle Inselman, and I’m a career coach.
I help people with choosing a career, finding and applying to jobs, and growing professionally through personalized, attentive guidance. For 10 years I’ve helped individuals gain confidence in their resumes, interviews, networking skills, and more to start and grow in their careers.
I started Pride in Your Path, LLC, because I believe that with quality career guidance, individuals can discover the power they already have in their own career journeys. By learning the “why behind the what” of basic job search skills, building a toolbox of self-care and resilience practices, and hearing the stories of others who’ve been through similar journeys, I believe that everyone can gain confidence in themselves and in their career decisions.

LGBTQ+ Inclusive • Open to All Identities
I founded Pride in Your Path, LLC, to help fill a need for LGBTQ+ inclusive career coaching services. People who identify as LGBTQ+ often have unique needs related to work, such as finding inclusive employers, navigating nondiscrimination policies and varying legal protections across the country, and deciding when/if to come out during a job search.
My services are open to people of all identities, and you don’t have to be LGBTQ+ yourself to benefit from the social justice-informed approach I use as a coach. In addition to using practices and theoretical foundations informed by diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), I offer a sliding-scale option for my 1-on-1 services, supported by monthly sponsors. This sliding-scale option exists to help keep career coaching affordable and accessible for individuals of various income levels and educational backgrounds.
