My friend and fellow career theory nerd Megan Chambers of CareerDork has started a video series about career ideas, and interviewed me for her second episode!
In each Career Idea Interview episode, Megan chats with another career coach about the career development ideas they want to share out to the wider community. In my interview, we discussed agency—being able to take ownership in your career journey.
